Format: A Food Showcase for sampling and tasting heart-healthy cuisine prepared by Baltimore’s most acclaimed restaurants and caterers.
Time: Food Showcase 7:30 PM
We Provide:
♥ On-site signage
♥ Two six-foot covered and skirted tables (one up front for presentation and one placed at rear for prep)
♥ Quality disposables — plates, flatware, etc.
♥ Refrigeration and access to electric (must be requested in advance)
You Provide:
♥ Heart-healthy food samples to accommodate 1700 guests
♥ Serving trays, utensils, warmers, staff, etc.
(Note: Sterno or propane devices acceptable)
♥ Table decorations to enhance image/name recognition
♥ Company name and logo ready for print copy and enlargement to a finished size of 30" high x 20" wide
Contribution: Samples of heart-healthy dishes (as mentioned above)
Load-In: You will be assigned a load-in time range, which will be forwarded with event floor plan in late December. All items must be brought through the loading dock.
Parking: There is an assortment of parking in the area.
